In partnership with Open Space Alliance of North Brooklyn I'm organizing a weekly outdoor program of craft and art, filled with fun & interesting art activities focusing on nature, reducing, recycling and reusing materials. For all ages.

The activities are taking place in front of the McCarren field house, Saturdays till mid of September 2009. 11 to 1 pm.

I launched the blog ovalsforlia, to put all the ovals that I see around, on the street, on the sidewalk, panels, everywhere and I can take it with me.

The idea of the blog is the same that I being doing for years already in books, like a portfolio of ovals found on the street on phone cards, packaging, vegetable tags, etc., ovals are all over the places. The blog give me the possibility to storage all kind of images, the ones that I can't bring home or the ones that I can't fit in any book.
Everyone is welcome to participate, whenever you see an oval and you think on me, send it to ovalsforlia@gmail.com and see it post it.
